Course Refund Policy

We give 100% refund before the 2nd lesson. Afterwards, there is no eligibility for a refund. 

Course Retake Policy

To maintain instructional quality and appropriate class sizes, students requesting to retake a course are subject to the following policies:

A student should normally retake a course within one year from the starting date of the student’s original course enrollment.

The student must first pay the full tuition at the current applicable rate when registering for the retake.

Upon successful completion of the course and receiving a Pass evaluation, the school will provide a full refund of the tuition paid for the retake.

If a student retakes the course more than one year after the starting date of the original course enrollment, the student must also pay the full tuition at the current applicable rate before attending the course.

Upon successful completion of the course and receiving a Completion evaluation, 50% of the tuition paid for the retake will be refunded as a completion award.

Retake students are subject to the same academic standards and course requirements as regular students.

Acceptance of a retake student is subject to available space in the class.

To protect instructional quality and ensure appropriate class capacity, the school reserves the right to determine whether a retake application can be accepted based on enrollment, staffing, scheduling, and other academic considerations.

Submission of a retake request does not guarantee admission. Final acceptance is subject to school approval.

为保证教学质量及班级名额的合理安排，学生申请重修课程时须遵守以下规定：

学生如需重修课程，应原则上在首次注册课程开课之日起一年内申请并完成重修。

重修学生在注册时须先按当期课程标准缴纳全额学费。

学生完成课程后，如达到课程结业要求并经学校评定为完成（Completion），学校将全额退还本次重修所缴纳的学费。

如果学生在首次注册课程开课之日起超过一年后申请重修，仍须在注册时先按当期课程标准缴纳全额学费。

课程结束后，如学生达到课程结业要求并经学校评定为合格，学校将退还本次所缴学费的 50%，作为完成重修课程的奖励。

重修学生的学习要求与普通注册学生完全相同。

重修申请是否能够被接受，取决于相应班级是否仍有可用名额。

为保障正常注册学生的学习机会及班级教学质量，学校保留根据班级人数、教学安排及其他实际情况决定是否接受重修学生的权利。

因此，提交重修申请并不代表自动获得入学资格，最终录取以学校确认为准。
